Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging

To start a return, email us at baselineblend@gmail.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Please note:

  • Returns must be requested before sending items back
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at baselineblend@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you have questions about your order, reach out - we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
