Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its delivery status.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off for delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Baseline is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at baselineblend@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Baseline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier before reaching out.
